Pros

Everyone at this firm is friendly, welcoming, and has a great sense of humor. They are always willing to teach and support you. The work is engaging and varied across the firm. They also hire people with no prior professional experience.

Cons

The salary is very low. While progression to a caseworker role is fairly quick, which is a junior-level position with no room for further advancement. Work feels monotonous, as it primarily involves drafting emails and letters on a computer for months on end, with little to no physical variation. There is minimal in-person client interaction, few teams meetings with colleagues, any team-building events. The work is often solitary and routine. No opportunities to have solicitor studies funded or to secure a traineeship.
