      Work with hardware technology, in Peru is difficult to find a place like this.

      -There is no hierarchy of positions. -Jobs are always under pressure and with a sense of urgency. -There are no specialists, which makes it difficult to deliver services. -Due to the high task pressures, the work environment is the least of it, but some colleagues take it out on others due to high stress. -There is no culture or awareness of boundaries. -No consideration for the execution time of a technological job.
