Our team mainly have commissioned to manage thousands of tutor who teach via online communication tools. Through this experience, I could get extensive skill of working as a team.
Cons
Sometimes, we need to do paper work and make a phone call with customer and colleagues. So, I suppose we cannot full commitment for management or creative works.
