The culture feels decades behind, with attitudes better suited to the 1800s — it’s the kind of place where you’d be better off as a “stay-at-home wife” than expecting fair treatment. The team dynamic is equally off. The mix of people feels random and disconnected, with zero camaraderie inside or outside the office. Even the “holiday incentives” have the opposite effect, it genuinely feels more like a punishment than a reward to travel with management.
