Fun at work - Friendly culture - No one expects Sir/Mam words in the office. Even Director use to stop by you and talk about health and other your personal things.
Transparency - Even companies financials you get to know 2 times in a year. Sales-expenses-profit etc is being shared by CEO with everyone.
Friday happy hours - Every Friday all employees come together, play a game and enjoy snacks - drinks (hard as well :) )
I have worked with small company and MNCs as well but haven't seen things/process like Truefill anywhere else. Everyday you get inspiration from colleagues to do exercise, sometimes sessions from professionals. Sessions from experts on Health, food, finance etc, everything is out of the world here.
