Pros
I have worked for TruFrame for 10 months and feel happy with the position I am in at the moment. They give me job security and I feel that within my working environment there is a lot of different people around which encourages friendships and if you need help they will always give it to you. TruFrame hours are different shift patterns which is good because once you have finished your shift that is it for the day you do not have to take anything home with you and you can just look forward to your time off. They also offer overtime at a time and a half rate if you want to and if you do not want to do over time that is also accepted. It is very flexible and can work around the hours that you want to do in regards to any overtime. Overall I feel TruFrame is an easy place to build confidence and gain knowledge for the working environment.
Cons
There are some tedious tasks that need doing throughout the shift. Sometimes depending on the weather the factory can be really cold.
