Where do I start? -No communication whatsoever between employees and owner -No care whatsoever about employee’s sanity and or/wants/wishes/advice -Closing at 10:30 is a joke when you have late floaters in both hallways and the owner just didn't seem to understand that so you better clock out at 10:30 or ELSE -Selling memberships is the ONLY thing that matters -Owner expected perfection for every close; seems to forget that we are not robots and the salt is incredibly annoying and gets absolutely everywhere -You need to wear makeup and look presentable or you’ll get a talking to -Issues with clocking in on booker resulted in legal matter -no lunch breaks (no breaks at all actually) -no more commission for memberships -you're not allowed to be at the desk for more than 10 minutes at a time (there's hours worth of cleaning to do..) -team meetings were not held regularly at all, hence the no communication -try your very best with cleaning and closing down the spa, it will never be enough to the owner's eyes who walked in every morning to run their hands in the salt-filled pods only to find...wait for it.. SALT inside *gasp*
