Delay in hike and Time management is not there

It is by far the worst company i have worked at till date. I have worked here for 2 years and believe me when i say it it will give you depression, your health will decline within 3 months as you need to work 6-7 days a week and 14hrs a day easily. You will eventually start hating your life. It all comes down to higher management in this company. 1 - CEO, COO, CFO all of these people are ruthless with zero empathy whatsoever. This company has the highest attrition rate period. They will open a position saying full time employees and when they join it's just internship. To make you full time it will take 1 year or get fired within 2 months. Please don't think you have any future here. 2 - COO is by far the most inhuman being i have ever seen, he will ruin your life like anything. He will use foul words like anything you have ever heard and the CEO, HR wont do anything about it. HR here are the most useless people. They know how the Higher management is treating it's employees and yet zero action will be taken and if you complain you will get laid off. COO sabjan will constantly demotive you any chance he gets. If you don't give him an output you will be fired the same day. They stopped hiring women cause they cant use bad words to them right? This guy alone is responsible for 90% of the skilled employees leaving the company. 3 - Leave policy is the most horrible thing here. Take 1 day of leave and they will fire you the same day.. I have not gone to a vacation in 2 years.. They will say who will work if you take leave? even sick leave is not given sometimes lol.
