      Pros

      Honestly my experience as data engineer has helped build strong technical foundation. I work on cloud transformation projects using the platform which makes delivery more efficient. Got exposure to AWS partnership work and enterprise client implementations. The team culture is collaborative and supportive of learning. Leadership is accessible and shares company direction openly. Got healthy salary hike last cycle. Less micromanagement compared to previous company.

      Cons

      I found that certain project deadlines were compressed which created pressure on delivery. For me coordinating inputs from multiple teams sometimes took longer than expected. In my team this occasionally affected our planned schedules when dependencies weren't aligned.
