      Working here as QA engineer gave me valuable experience on cloud projects tbh. I was involved in multi-cloud implementations that required both technical depth and client coordination skills. The environment encourages taking ownership of deliverables without constant micromanagement. Working with Fortune 500 customers provides good exposure to enterprise scale challenges. Platform capabilities here enable faster execution than manual approaches. My manager has coaching mindset which helps develop better problem solving. Hybrid work model helps maintain work life balance.

      Cons

      To me managing frequent priority changes took adjustment time specially initially. I see that getting consensus on technical decisions sometimes requires patience across stakeholders. In my experience this could slow momentum when your trying to hit tight deadlines.

      I found that during peak project phases workload can get intense specially when multiple deliverables converge. For me balancing competing priorities sometimes required working extra hours which affected work life balance temporarily. In my team coordinating across different groups occasionally added delays to timelines.
