      Pros

      They want quiet staff who work till retirement. In other words, only hungry staff is welcome and these people can stay till 30 over years

      Cons

      Hire a lot of foreigners despite siting on Singapore land. Cannot speak up against the management mistake. They just want hungry staff who work like robots without questions asked and improvement is unheard of. HR has no integrity and goes around gossiping and talking bad about the colleagues and share p&c information with her other colleagues

      Pros

      Lousy working environment so no need to dress up at all. Can save money on work clothing and makeup.

      Cons

      The management staff have nowhere to go. Just need a job to survive, hence they stay there fir twenty over years and rot there. There is totally zero improvement in the working environment. Just pass the days. Office very old and crumble
