      Good company, bad management and ownership

      Pros

      There were great people working there, met life long friends.

      Cons

      Management liked you until you had kids or got injured. I was actually asked by ownership if I was having any more kids in an interview for an internal job posting. I said no, so I got the job. When I was injured they said they didn't have WSIB. They let me go after I was injured and had just returned from maternity. Sexual harassment as well. Triad closed down and it became another owner. Triad is no longer around.
