-Not many techs so you get to touch a lot of different areas -Free parking in front -20 word minimum
Cons
-Too many management staff but no one looking after the techs -CEO puts too much emphasis on what benefits him, eg raises held back because a cert wasn't gained instead of based on what the tech brings -No money available for needed upgrades to infrastructure, everything running on aged/refurbished servers -A lot of dishonesty both to external and internal parties -Always feels like playing catch up and fighting fires -Company is small but no input is taken from techs and instead changes are dictated from the mostly absent CEO -Tech side of the office is very cold, had to constantly move sides to save money on heating bills -Toxic atmosphere, a lot of stress
