air conditioned shop is the only pros
Cons
Rude management that make personal comments about there employees behind there back and to there face. NO management as they let the long term employees run the shop. Dangerous working conditions with oil and metal chips all over the floors and parts. Original owners sons and son-in-law run the place----lots of backstabbing. There always looking for help as anyone that has any skills leaves. Owners lie to your face about everything. Don't waste your time!
