      Totally unethical, preying on the most vulnerable people in our society for profit. You think you are going into a environment that really cares about the person,all smokes and mirrors Unless you are making your manager money with KPIs your nothing. Putting people into employment at any cost is the game. DO NOT RECOMMEND, If you really care for making a change to the way society runs, DO NOT WORK IN A JOB PROVIDER AGENCY. Nothing but lies to cover up the true intentions of these so called businesses that care.

      - Great colleagues that are fun to work with - Good entry level job

      Cons

      - Management relies too much on workers to do all the work - Company does not value the workers - No flexibility - no WFH options - Hard work goes unrecognised - No career progression - Toxic workplace - Unrealistic expectations - High turnover on multiple positions - Lacks structure - Salary is not worth the amount of work

      Participants are awesome. That’s about it.

      Cons

      Everything. - Terrible pay. - Unrealistic KPI’s. - Toxic employees. - Toxic management. - They only advertise on seek because they don’t have to have company reviews. - NO training. - Employee turnover is insane. - They turn employees against each other by creating a toxic workplace and having their “favourites”. - No support from management.
