Pros

It is a smaller company that tries to take care of its customers but doesn't always succeed. Hours are decent, closed on Sundays. Pretty views from most of the locations.

Cons

If you appreciate feeling like you are garbage and worthless than this is the company for you. They will demand you go above and beyond for them because it will benefit them. DO NOT even consider asking them to do the same for you or to be compensated for the extra work you do for them. Per the owner "he pays you twice a month and you shouldn't ask for more". While this is a family owned business, they have not idea what it means to be family. (Especially when an employee needs time off for a family emergency or death). Management has no issue getting the pay raises that they deserve but when it comes to giving the employees their reviews for raises suddenly none of the management has time. Employee benefits...yeah there are not any except for the health plan that you pay for. Except for specific employees most do not "qualify" for bereavement pay, maternity leave pay or sick pay. You must work for the company for a minimum of a year before you can receive one week of vacation pay and you have to stay with them for five years to receive 2 weeks.

Pros

Nobody cares about the business and you can't even talk to HR without the whole company knowing

Cons

They say it's ok then shove it in your face later . Told me I would get 20$ after 6 months so I wouldn't take a pay cut . It's been a year and now they are a ting like it's a raise , instead what's already been agreed apon hiring me.

Pros

Techs are great. Units are getting in the bay and turned out in a timely fashion

Cons

Management never on the same page. Management takes little accountability, double standards and contradictory lead style. Expect to be compensated financially for 1 single position but asked to do the role of 4 or more separate job titles. No advancement opportunities and minimal staff, expect to be taken advantage of.
