The work is ok, personnel isn’t. All of the bad things you’ve heard about Japanese, don’t doubt, they are true, even worse in reality; All of the good things you’ve heard about Japanese, be careful, they are delusions. If you are Japanese, good, please go, please take the job, you are very much in need; If you are not Japanese, just curious about japan and its culture and people, think 10 times before stepping in. Actually, I would suggest you not to go there at all if you are not Japanese, because, believe me, I’ve worked there hard and long enough, from their point of view, you and them are not the same humans. You are subhuman, as long as you don’t speak Japanese with them in Europe, as long as you don’t look like one of them, as long as you don’t behave like one of them.
