Pros
Great culture at TotalRewards Software. My co-workers are all dedicated to doing their best work with company goals in mind. Ownership recognizes and values family so work schedules are very flexible. We have a game room on site to "decompress". Team building all the time.
Cons
I have been here for two years and from my point of view there are no cons to working here. Ownership is more than fair in both compensation and work/life balance.
