      Pros

      Gift cards for borthdays and anniversaries. Free lunches during company meetings for CEO to devalue everyones intelligence.

      Cons

      CEO is a corporate bully and really biased. He will micro manage you even to the restrooms. Management team is toxic, they have favorites and make fun of your mistakes infront of everyone during meetings, when you are not present. Operations maanger uses "I'm your friend approach", only to use information you share with him to his advantage when it comes to terminating you. Major turn over rate! No room for growth on administrative side.
