      Mostly flexible work culture, office is nice...good meals, ambience, most colleagues were very friendly

      Cons

      Work pressure can be stressful sometimes as projects have very short timelines.

      There are some Pros like immediate managers are good, understand problems and train properly.

      Cons

      The work culture is toxic, upper management people just wants revenue and they will taunt you even if you work for them with full dedication. The general manager thinks she is a queen of something and interacts, favours and hire only good looking boys.

      Pros

      Work timings are US based nifht shifts, good for night owls. For a fresher, the salary is decent. Great people to work with, did not encounter any negativity as such.
