Pros
One of the best aspects of this company is the atmosphere. It is great to work here and there are a lot of opportunities for growth. If you show initiative and ambition this is rewarded. People are smart, collaborate and help each other. They want to succeed personally and as a company. For me, this is a great motivator to succeed as well. Aside from the people aspect, there is a great budget to use for training purposes, a good salary and plenty of other benefits.
Cons
A lot of the training or oppertunities requires people to be self-motivated. For me, this works, but I can image this is not the case for other employees. They could benefit from more encouragement
