Pros
- beautiful office in the city center - close to public transport - amazing colleagues from different countries - 38.5h / week for most positions
Cons
- job security - I am under the impression that salaries are not great - I experienced issues with work life balance - It felt to me like there was a lack of trust from senior mgmt - in my position, it was very hard to combine job and family - make sure to read and understand the collective agreement (use your favorite search engine to find "IT KV" or, for English, "IT KV English") if you work there or intend on doing so - no parking lots
