      The office is always clean and tidy. The corporate is very traditional, which can feel outdated and resistant to change.

      Cons

      They do not have SOPs, so nobody knows the right way to do anything. This leads to confusion, inconsistent output as employees often have to reinvent the wheel for recurring tasks.
