The leadership is lacking. Treatment of employees is awful! There is no value in being dedicated, committed or hardworking. There is no repercussion for those who don’t do their job and no recognition or benefit to going above and beyond. The pay is top heavy for owners, executives, and management while the Administrators, porters and receptionists who keep everything running smoothly enabling them to focus on bringing in more money get paid poverty wages with no raises. They will slowly add more and more tasks to the lowest paid employees without any additional pay, or minimal pay to do another full time job, while also cutting costs everywhere else so they themselves can pocket more money. The work culture here is toxic and the majority of people only care about themselves. No real team work! No communication and a mess that is left to be cleaned up by the lowest paid employees. The hard workers and team players are taken advantage of until they are forced to leave. There is a lot of Nepotism here.
