Pros
Informal atmosphere. The founders are very experienced in their own specialized fields and therefore provide great mentorship and guidance for an Itern/Junior. Usually two days per week at the office, although it isn't a problem if you need to work from home sometimes. Opportunity to develop new fullstack features individually.
Cons
Not a great variety of tasks and technologies.
