Cons
North American operations are primarily concentrated in the United States, with business being fairly dispersed and mainly focused on staff outsourcing where employees work at client sites. The local company team is relatively small and scattered. The main business model combines offshore outsourcing with on-site representatives, primarily utilizing engineers from China. Due to company size limitations, the Canadian operations have fewer team members, and upper management doesn't place enough emphasis on the Canadian market.
