      Pros

      - you get exposure to corporate culture (politics, bureaucracy, micromanagement) in a startup environment - you get salaries on time - if you are comfortable taking orders and delivering on it without much thought, it's a good place

      Cons

      Some experiences teach you what you love, others teach you what you can't stand. ThriveStack taught me all the lessons for the latter.

      1. Excellent place to thrive, if you got no skills and no competency. 2. Nothing good to expect from CEO and management.

      Cons

      1. No culture at all within the company. 2. Team members are engaged in politics and letting each other down. 3. CEO is toxic and mean. Doesn't value the time of employees. 4. Indians are just slave for the CEO. 5. Completely unsafe environment for female employees.
