Pros

interesting product in a hot space

Cons

The company quickly reached to about the same ARR as today and we got series C funding about 3 yrs back at more than double the valuation that it is currently today. The team that we hired after series C funding literally destroyed the value of the company. No thank you.

Pros

There were really great people. Some still are. Some got laid off while standing next to me.

Cons

In my short time at Threat Stack my boss told my team that its only "ugly" women who claim sexual assault/harassment in reference to the Brett Kavanaugh issue. He also wouldn't show up for work and would get mad when we asked why. He made racist comments to a team member and also told another team member to "put down the Frosted Flakes" before he gets diabetes. I went to my boss's boss and then directly to Brian Ahern (there was no HR at the time). Brain Ahern promised me it would be addressed and not to fear retaliation. The next day my boss was fired. The next week I was laid off. Btw, I worked for Brian's last company for 6 years and came on to ThreatStack after Brian personally reached out to me. For the record, 4 of the 6 people on my team made formal complaints about the same issues I detailed above.

Enron had better management

Pros

They haven't run out of funding yet... so they can still pay your paycheck

Cons

Everything. The company is swamped with debt, poor product, poor management and absolutely NO care about their customers. Brian Ahern is a worse CEO than Jeffrey Skilling of Enron. He makes poor decisions without thinking about the consequences and then blames his employees. The turnover at the company has been astronomical seeing as they are limiting sales pipeline and firing customers under a specific contract threshold. He only cares about getting the company sold, but no one wants to buy a company with an awful product. He claims that he doesn't care about Glassdoor reviews but then pressures management to write positive reviews to make it look like a respectable place to work. THE WORST HUMAN ALIVE.
