I was laid off during my probation period without being given a clear explanation. This was surprising and disappointing, especially because I had been meeting expectations and working hard to learn the processes.
During my time there, I noticed extremely rapid hiring—approximately 50 people brought into one team within about a month. This created an environment that felt unorganized, unstable, and lacking in proper structure or long-term planning. Many new employees were unsure about their job security due to constant changes and unclear communication.
Management did not provide transparent feedback or reasons for staffing decisions, which made it difficult to understand expectations or improve. Overall, my experience left me feeling that the hiring and onboarding process needs significant improvement, especially around communication, planning, and employee treatment.
I hope the company takes steps to make the workplace more stable and supportive for future employees.
