      Pros

      Great shop to start a career in Software Development. The manager has a passion for teaching. You will be exposed to a variety of technologies.

      Cons

      Its a very dynamic environment. At times there will be really slow and other will be all-hands on deck sprint to the finish. You will need to be flexible and quick on your feet. If you need a lot of structure and hand-holding, this may not be the fit for you.

      Latest technologies, relaxed work environment, great clients and projects. They are primarily a Microsoft shop, but they're pretty open to adopting new tech.

      Cons

      One-on-ones and evaluations could be more frequent, code quality can suffer due to rushing and deadlines
