Pros

- Good colleagues with varied skillsets to learn from and tap on (both in their technical expertise and work experience) - Variety in the types of projects available, which helps expand your own skillset and capabilities - Organisation as a whole is rooted in beliefs around social impact, which is valued by many team members

Cons

- Lack of clear and accountable communication channels between HQ and non-AU studios - Chaotic change management strategies, which affect team performance and morale - Lack of leadership and accountability in addressing known systemic issues, resulting in the lack of trust and confidence of the organisation as a whole

Pros

ThinkPlace has an impressive culture amongst its peers and engaging projects that kept me excited about coming to work each day.

Cons

I found that there was a significant amount of pressure from senior members to work long hours without any consideration for boundaries or personal situations. While I appreciated the dedication to the work, the lack of empathy for work-life balance was very concerning.

Pros

Some passionate, well meaning colleagues

Cons

Toxic positivity masks poor leadership, vague strategy, and exploitative workloads. Looks progressive, acts regressive. Avoid.
