Pros
I worked at Thinkbridge as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to multiple projects across different teams. Overall, my experience was largely positive, especially because of the people and exposure to diverse work. There are some excellent team members and leaders at Thinkbridge. I had a great experience working with Sanket and the entire GWorks team—very collaborative, supportive, and professional. Working under Sanket and Prasanna was also a highlight; the environment was healthy, expectations were clear, and teamwork was genuinely enjoyable. Towards the end of my tenure, I was informed that since I was working from Canada, I could no longer continue and was asked to submit my resignation. This stood out to me because it felt inconsistent with the company’s “work from anywhere” policy. Had there been a clear, upfront, and honest explanation for this change, I would have accepted it more comfortably. The lack of alignment between the stated policy and the final decision was disappointing. That said, Thinkbridge has strong talent, good projects, and some genuinely great teams. My experience was a mix of learning, collaboration, and challenges—and the people I worked with made a meaningful difference.
Cons
However, my experience was not the same across all teams. Under Bruno’s team, I faced significant challenges. Communication was difficult to understand at times, and the pressure was consistently high, which made the work environment stressful and less productive for me.
