Pros

Excellent and very competitive paycheck. Home-working and remote co-working friendly. Inclusive environment, people of all genders and creeds are welcome and respected Projects are rarely boring since they respond to a market that is continuously evolving and growing. They hire from the top 1% of candidates that pass the logic exams, which means everyone you'll be working along side with the brightest There is no minimum technical knowledge requirement to join the company, since the company works on niche technologies

Cons

The quality standards are way above average, don't expect to have easy projects assigned to you. Working here is challenging. Interdisciplinary teams mean there's a lot of horizontal interaction, where you must become the expert in a specific area. You have to learn enough to become the "go-to-guy" for your specialty in order to thrive. Luckily for you, management is understanding and accommodating. You won't be thrown to the wolves. Instead, they'll help you become your best, but you've got to do the work yourself. One other con: Most projects have high impact and even though there are managing thousands of users every minute, nobody knows who made this software.
