salary is like a joke! 2.700 TL and they make dollars and only give less then what the company makes, you have one hour lunch break then two separate 15 mins and no other break. even if you need it, they will cut from your lunch break. they dont care about employees which at first they will act like they do when you are in training but when you do start, you see different results, the training is free and it doesnt guarantee that you will be hired, they make you sign the contract after 3 months of working and even when you do that if you cant reach unrealistic sales goals they fire you, No growth or future, Long story short its horrible
