Pros

There are so many Pros I will try to list some: 1. If you want a reason to kill yourself or kill someone this is the best place to join 2. Once you join this company (calling it an company is a stretch) gradually you will forget you were happy once and then you will forget you were a human being once who had self respect. 3. You will also learn that people who address themselves as leadership are literate but uneducated morons and they are just a few capitalists who lie to your (and clients') face on a daily basis in literally every meeting and your interview as well. 4. If you catch them lying then one of them will either scream or shout and try to prove who is the boss and the other one will prepare a cunning plan to get back at you by hook or by crook The list can go on and on but truly, I have a learnt a lot here and you could too so if you want to know to what level humanity has stooped down to work at Think Perfect (previously EAINFOBIZ Inc.) and learn from the best! Oh and before I forget, if you do get a chance to work here and you have been told a story on how previous employees are in touch with the 'leadership' and they have very cordial relationship 'Do not fall into this trap'. Anyone who is lucky enough to get a jail free pass from here will NEVER connect with these people ever again, most probably in future re-incarnations too.

Cons

Hmmm, well i can list a few cons which are just sad: 1. Offshore resource/team is treated as a commodity and they can be fired whenever it pleases the 'leadership'. So do not build good relationships with them as they might reach out to you after they are fired and you would not be in a position to respond even though it is not your fault. Networking = 0 , TP =1 2. You might observe that good people after working here for some time may have started to turn evil, selfish, inconsiderate and totally biased. That happens quite often here and you will pick it up in no time Trust ME! Humanity = 0, TP =1 3. Your compensation and notice period is not at all standard and varies with literally every other employee in the organization. Labour Laws and HR norms are bent using loopholes to control your employment tenure. So you won't learn about fair practices here. Human Resources = 0, TP =1

Pros

I paused for a couple of minutes only to realize there ain't one

Cons

1. Micromanagement: Expect everyone from the management(just 3 people) to continue staring on your screen every now &then. 2. Salary negotiations: NO standard salary. You have a 100% chance of clearing the interview if you agree to work for free or for minimum wages. 3.Training: Cannot comment as did not see anyone getting trained. Worse, if you are willing to apply for an on-job certification, be ready to shell out from your own pocket! 4. Work: You're always asked to work on something you ain't aware of and management has no respect even if you don't know a bit about it. They expect you to complete that at any cost else be ready to get fired. I have seen close to half of the team getting fired on just one day because of just one project getting failed. You are also "directed" to work whatever the management is saying. They turn a deaf ear to your opinions even if you're right and always force their point on you. 5.Internships: I have seen interns not getting paid for their work. They are always reminded that the company is giving them a platform and a "Canadian experience" that will matter in their next job. 6.Company Vision: The company's vision has always been to exploit the workforce and continue doing so without any vision. Their only vision is up till completion of the current projects, post which, they see their workforce as a liability and the first thing they think about is firing the people in the past projects if they do not see anything coming up in the next 2-3 months. Many of you might be wondering about the connection between EAInfoBiz and ThinkPerfect; the answer is straight & simple, they both are the same. Back in 2018-19, they had a project with a big reinsurance firm that ran into troubles, and to get out of legal troubles, the owners changed the name to ThinkPerfect! What a great way to cheat everyone.

Pros

Fully remote. Thank God! Who wants to see your faces anyways!! Also it saves the company alot of money which they use to have such a good comfortable life! But no salary hikes for employees... NOPE!!

Cons

The Great Management of TP, I'd like to begin by acknowledging the slim chance that anyone will pay attention to this message. Nevertheless, let's indulge in some 'free' advice-sharing because, you know, it's always fun to offer wisdom to those perched high on the ivory tower. 1. We, the humble employees, must first express our eternal gratitude for the honor bestowed upon us by your decision to hire us. We clearly owe our existence to your benevolence and kindheartedness. After all, treating employees as anything other than personal property would just be absurd! 2. Your strategy of recruiting inexperienced individuals and then expecting everyone else to miraculously transform them into organizational assets is truly groundbreaking. Who needs qualified candidates when we can have an army of ‘useless’ folks to add excitement to our days? 3. Ah, yes, the company's evolving policy on paid leaves - a masterpiece in adaptability! We salute your mood-driven approach. The rule against carry-forward and to utilize all your leaves by end of year? Pure genius! It's not like people have lives outside of work, right? You won’t give advance leaves and you cannot carry forward too so you are forced to take leaves to just sit at home otherwise they will lapse!!! Now you will decide when and how to take my own earned leaves? Brilliant!!! 4. The enigmatic 'PX' department, the masters of 'busy' status! Their ability to forget about the appraisal process is a testament to their remarkable skills. After all, keeping track of simple task like leave balances (that also doing it wrongly) in a small organization is quite the Herculean task. Shameful! 5. Appraisals, or as we like to call them, the annual 'Guess-Your-Salary' game! Why should employees expect a raise win the first place? You pay us peanuts as compared to industry standards and that also you don’t wish to give. Forget about bonus.. what is that?!! After all, we do love surprises, especially in the form of stagnant wages (who needs increment right? we are all born millionaires like you). 6. Your two-faced routine, the classic Good Cop-Bad Cop act! You underestimate our intelligence; we totally don't see through your clever ploy. It's almost like you think we're gullible enough to swallow insults with a side of compliments. 7. Overtime, the gift that keeps on giving! Not offering comp time unless begged? You're too kind! Working tirelessly over the weekends and stretching the daily hours without a thought for family and health is a small price to pay for your 'appreciation.' 8. Pseudo-leadership - we applaud your ability to assert your way while conveniently shifting blame to others. Clearly, you're the only ones who possess an IQ higher than room temperature. 9. Those old reviews that we once dismissed as mere disgruntlement? Turns out they were spot on! It only took a year for the harsh reality to slap us in the face. 10. Finally, your jokes - the pinnacle of humor! We've all been holding our sides in laughter. Stop making fun of others; leave that to the true jesters - you! And now, for some 'advice' Try treating employees like actual humans. They might be the reason you're living the high life, but who cares about that pesky detail, right? With immense admiration and sarcasm, Your forever ex- employees (hope we never see each other again in any life)
