no development, no training, no clear direction, expected to work outside of your remit and the organisation reacts with fury should you wish to understand your position, appraisal process is an after-thought, finance runs the show, talking shop where communication features highly every time someone in the management team wants to make a statement, nothing ever happens, cannot ever discuss renumeration
