      The people - second to none The founders- super down to earth, lovely people Impressive - to start a company and have the growth White Rabbit has had since it started is simply amazing! Transparency- you gain a solid understanding of exactly how a company works and how all of the different cogs turn. I think this is mainly down to the honesty and transparency there is throughout, which is so important All in all, I loved my time at White Rabbit

      Pros

      I really enjoyed working at White Rabbit. The culture is very friendly and welcoming. Everyone is passionate about the business and it has been amazing seeing how much the brand has grown in the past few years.

      Perhaps eating too much pizza if that can be a con :)

      Great team, great energy, great owners. Open minded and honest culture They do things properly and have fantastic investors with significant and relevant experience supporting the business.

      Startups require a lot of work with limited resource The bakery is in a very rural location
