Pros

None that would benefit the worker

Cons

Everything, bad pay and horrible environment. Warehouse always at the extremes of the outer weather. No help from management.

Pros

- Weekends/Nights/Holidays off - Annual bonus - Laid back environment - Casual dress - Work with a small group of about ten people I've worked with this company for almost a year. I worked at the home office/warehouse. I've enjoyed my time there and the people I've worked with. Most of the people working there have been there for many years and have gotten close with each other. They were good to me and I would still be there today if it wasn't for certain things happening in my personal life.

Cons

- Warehouse can be extremely cold/hot depending on the weather (though this is expected) - Some employees had more duties/responsibilities than they should have. Some of those duties/responsibilities could have been given to other employees (those that would have been more appropriate). For example: Inventory control given to those in charge of the warehouse.

Pros

There are no pros to this position. Everything they told me was a lie

Cons

Took complete advantage of me and made all of these promises and once I signed up all of my previous customers they told me they could not pay my salary anymore. I was told this during the holidays.

The RGU Group Response

It really is unfortunate and regrettable that you feel/felt this way, as your employment was well documented. After reviewing your short history with us, you agreed to a monthly sales quota, which you never met. You "signed up" 16 customers, half of which were also previous customers of ours. I do not know what you were told or promised outside of your signed employment agreement, but we do document everything so both parties (employer/employee) are always transparent and reach a mutual understanding of the employee's job and duties. Sadly, you did not meet your mutually agreed sales goals to support your position which led to your termination on Jan 1. The only thing I show that we did that was never agreed to was pay you a severance for your short time with us, so it is upsetting to read such a slanderous review of our company. I have been with RGU for almost 7 years and I have never been lied to. In fact, most people are unsettled by the owner's raw and unfiltered honesty, so him lying is the most outlandish accusation in your review. Regardless, please show me whatever promises we made and did not deliver, and I will be happy to help resolve. Best of luck.
