      Pros

      The Marketing code is founded by TMAC former wannabe DJ. There is nothing good about the company though the management there think they are some kind of Microsoft or google. The best thing about The marketing code is that they might surprise you by crediting salary once or twice in every 6 months. The also give you time to twice a day due to their flexible shift timings.

      We are giving a tough fight to our competitors :) I am one of the first 10 Employees and from last 2.5 years I have only enjoyed working, and now we are 100+ Employees. Salaries - Best in Market,Never Ever Delayed , always on time. Leadership - One of the best Boss's working with. Top Management is very Experienced and Expert in running the business. Team - Join us its a wonderful team to work with,work Hard Party Harder. Growth - Company that works for you in building your career, highest Appraisals and lot of Internal promotion opportunities. Culture - Hard core Professional , Very healthy and Friendly. Yes we work as if we are a Google or a Microsoft ;)
