Hours are flexible. Pay is decent once you become experienced and admin take care of the logistical side of things.
Cons
Occasionally lacking lessons, there is often competition amongst tutors.

High Hourly wage Really friendly management Most of the logistics and organisation of the role is done for you Most of the tutees are GCSE and below so comparatively lower amount of preparation is needed
Cons
It can take a while to be assigned tutees The hours are only 4-7:30pm daily If tutees cancel 1/2 days in advance then you will not be paid for that time
