The coworkers I had made it worth it to stay until we couldn't possibly stand it any further.
Cons
The company ignored a very personal event that happened to one of one employee and refused to look at the evidence and chose to brush it under the rug. Many of us walked out and the employee at fault still works their just because he's friends with management.
