Pros

People get paid on time. It provides extra cash on the side. Language skills are improved. Be your own boss and work whenever you want. Enjoy the freedom and independence, control your own time. As long as you have a stable internet connection, you can work from wherever you want – from your couch, your favorite café, or on the go. It doesn’t matter whether you live in the US or abroad. You decide what your weekly paycheck should look like. Your ambition and hard work determine what you will earn. It is up to you how much you want to work. As a freelancer, you can tailor the workload to your needs.

Cons

Account getting blocked for not being online with a genuine problem, but no one gives you a chance to prove yourself. Warnings will start being a lot if you stay for too long working as a chat operator. The feedback team does not reply to your email when they block the account.

Pros

There are NO pros. The only pro is that I will be reporting the entire company as fraud and a scam.

Cons

You will never get paid. The coach is trash and scammy. You will have wasted precious time. When you email them, they give you a round of reasons as to why you have not been paid yet. ex: Wait till next Tuesday.

Pros

You get paid every week!

Cons

I have been working here for 2 months and there’s times that I hesitate send out any messages because they are very strict. You can’t say anything without them having a nasty attitude. They have people who hide in the back with they popcorn and read every single one of your messages like they could do a better job. The job is set up so we can’t give out our phone numbers and address so why am I getting reported for not doing that?? Just because they wanna blame us when the customer catches on to us. They sent me a message of how my grammar was off in one of my messages when all I saw was grammar errors and mistakes in the entire message that they sent me. The staff acts like they are so better than you when they are just worse! If I do get fire I will love to expose them for the scammers and bullies that they are! The only thing that I like about this job is being paid weekly, I have other operator jobs where I could write a million messages without them threatening me so if they do fire I have other options! They use us to scam these poor man than once they catch on to us we get in trouble! When all they do is hide and make money off of us! Lol before I got this job I read the reviews so I kept my options open just in case good I’m glade! I did that, I just got hired at cloud operation. I’m not gonna lie they pay a lot of money they reward your hard work but keep those options open because you will get reported if you even breath too loud so keep your options open don’t make this the only thing be prepared! Take it from someone who did nothing wrong but they reported me for a rule that they made themselves that I thought I was following. “O don’t give out your number” them…”why didn’t you do this and that” that’s how it always is there! Drama!
