Pros
You have to love CNC and problem solving to work as Field service technician. Company is international and support on field is fantastic. Every problem is solvable with in couple of days which keeps customers happy. Can learn a lot, and there are always people willing to teach.
Cons
Work hours: Non existing. Monday-Friday, just forget about any plans, meetings, anything. You can only live on weekends. Organisation isn't very good.
