Pros

A Good Client Base for testing roles.

Cons

Take no consideration for individual's personal circumstances. Will actively try to force graduates to move to central London on a very low salary. Charges an extortionate fee for training. Complete lack of organisation within this company, continuously need to chase upper management. No bonuses No communication once placed No benefits No career progression Mentioned I wanted to go down a specific career path, was forced to do something else instead. (Can not go into detail due to anonymity) Avoid.

Pros

The post work drinks were fun. Good office location.

Cons

The CEO and the management are terrible. Staff are underpaid and there are no benefits. I understand that if you are ill, you do not get paid for your sick day.
