Pros

Strong mentorship from senior folks who genuinely invest time in you. The feedback is direct and pushes you to think beyond just execution. Learned more in 3 months here than I expected, especially around integrating AI into design workflows in ways that actually feel intentional. Leadership has a clear vision and communicates it well from day one.

Cons

The pace can feel chaotic if you're not used to a fast-moving environment. There's a lot to unlearn coming in, which is growth but it can feel overwhelming early on.

Pros

If someone only cares about money, it's a good place to be. But self respect is to be compromised big time, everyday !

Cons

They ask HR team employees to report all negative reviews - which is unethical ! * The mindset is to exploit employees 24x7 on weekdays, weekend or leaves just because they are paying 5 to 10 percent above market standard. * No-one takes a sick leave. People just work remotely out of fear. * You are expected to respond 24x7 and do the things which are not even in your scope of work. * The HR leader is completely compromised to higher packages, so no real work but just ignorance. * No data based feedback, just generic emails. * Hire and fire scenario as arrogant leaders and co founder.

Pros

Good air conditioning in office.

Cons

The company culture is a major concern. Professional respect is lacking - abusive language is used in team calls, and employees are publicly reprimanded on the floor. Feedback isn’t constructive; individuals are often laughed at instead of coached. Career growth seems tied to internal politics rather than performance. BDRs, in particular, receive minimal support or motivation in an already high-pressure sales environment. Leadership style under the current VP has created a demoralising atmosphere.
