Cons
Management is based on baby boomers' way of thinking. They only started e-commerce during pandemic time, thus falling behind with the competition that was based on their success. Corporate politics is unavoidable, you are lucky if you are one of the favorites of the COO. The pay is comedic and there is no salary increase EVER! The HR will haggle you to borderline exploitation. Bosses come and go, they won't support the needs of the employees anyways. The office equipment itself is like working during the late 90s.
