Well, Almost everything, No work life balance, Can ask you... rather force you to do 12 hours of shifts without prior information at a cost of Rs. 300 per day's extension, the reason that will be stated are more baseless (as you stay near to work & what will you do by returning home - you anyways stay in a PG).
