- Bad management - does not listen to staff and treats their staff as inferior people. Does not nurture or retain good working people. - Managers are degrading and condescending. Toxic behaviour is ignored and allowed and even rewarded as long as they bring in money for the company. - Blaming culture. No accountability especially from managers and higher management
