Limited cross team communication sucks .

1)when reached to guest house people were living in very bad conditions 14 - 15 people in guest house and very pathetic conditions 2) lot of conditions in guesthouse. dont do this dont do that blah bah! 2) once you come here you are all by yourself. they will just give you resources but you have to apply jobs and get a client. 3) the marketer would be handling 10 people at once. once you get the client he is just there to discuss payrate 4) when you get full time to other company. these people doesnt pick call to clear your BGC for tekinvaderz experience(your fulltime BGC will fail) 5) you will waste your atleast 2 months to prepare for technical in the starting 6)Some of their marketers are very aggressive(i heard) they shout on you. avg time to get a client here: 6-8 months
