Pros
This is a laid back place to work. Management has always been flexible with me, and have offered me several chances to move up within the company. Starting wages here were better than other companies that I interviewed with before I got the job at Tecno.

Pros
The managers/owners are very understanding when it comes to their employees personal needs regarding their health. They kept my position open for me once I returned from a lengthy recovery from surgery and were very accommodating to my needs for the time I was on restricted orders.
Cons
They do not provide health care coverage.
