      - Great leadership who is clearly passionate about the business, the community, and the employees - Exciting market with global customer base and huge growth potential (lots of opportunities for individuals to have a real impact) - Lots of internal growth opportunities with intentional career progression planning and opportunities to try new roles - Transparent communication, consistent updates from leadership team, very collaborative culture

      - Can be very fast paced with strong desire to grow and expand (I actually love this, but maybe not for everyone)

      What Happened?

      Pros

      It truly used to be an amazing place to work. Things have really taken a turn for the worse over the last 6 months.

      Cons

      The company is scrambling. -Mass layoffs disguised as "performance related". -Large portion of the workforce is being outsourced to the Philippines despite the "increased number of new job openings" -Installed a new Big-Brother monitoring software called ActivTrak that reports every action you take and how long you do it. They claimed it would have nothing to do with job security, but fired 20 people a month after installing it and put another 70 on a "warning" directly from the results of the spyware. -Employees ask very direct questions to upper management about the software only to be met with surface level responses and a lack of empathy -Employees are scared. Employees are angry. You can feel a big change in the last 6 months. -I used to recommend this place to everyone, now I would steer very clear away.
